Business and industries are full of creative ideas, innovation and powerful voices to market their products. To ensure fair and healthy competition, governments act as referees between businesses. However, the eyes of the government could not always penetrate the shadows of businesses and unethical business practices still and always will happen.

1. Business Espionage
It might be your new business partner, your new employee or your new officemate who reveals and leaks the secrets of a business to another competitor. Business espionage is costly for businesses because it could grant monopoly to the victor of using such dirty tactics.

2. Targeted Absences
Businesses, whether competition or not, will always look to your business to create joint ventures and projects, but intentionally dropping the opportunity with the other business without justification is an unethical business strategy. The top priority of businesses is to ensure the product quality for the consuming public is of the standard and to avoid joint efforts to create better products and services is a crime.

3. Marketing Fabrication
Customers trust other customers to give a rating to products and services they are yet to try. Market fabrication by means of faking customer testimonials, especially on the Internet, is greatly common in the business world today.
